Sunderland (Register) Cottage- 1890

Tentative History:

1890: Cottage built by Levi Gunn as a rental unit.

1892: L.J. Gunn to Bader, Sanderson & Horne of Newbury, MA.

1901: Bader, Sanderson & Horne to Fanny Clayton Williams of Middletown, DE.

1904: Fanny Williams & Nathaniel J. Williams to Elizabeth Jane Humphries.

1940: Elizabeth Jane Humphries to Floyd T. Humphries.

1990: Floyd T. Humphries bequeaths cottage to Sarah Burt Humphries, then Rom Humphries' children in his 1990 will.

1993: Sarah Humphries dies and the children of Romilly Humphries inherit the cottage.

1993; The children of Rom Humphries convey the cottage to Nan Shepard and Steve and Sam Register.
