Ledgemere - 1906 (Stevenson/Armstrong)

Sarah Butler built Ledgemere in 1906, after running the Hotel for three years from 1903-1905.  She sold to sister Lucy and Louisa Stevenson in the mid-1920s.  Now inhabited by the Armstrong Clan.

Sarah Butler on the float in 1914. Mrs. Butler managed the hotel from 1903-1906. The boat in the background is possibly the Hotel's 'Naptha' steam launch, built in 1906 for Arthur Race.
